Orders are processed same day or maximally on the next day. We deliver the ebooks by email (digital ) or via DHL Express worldwide. Once the order is processed the buyer will receive a notification email with DHL tracking AWB #. This number is used to trace the parcel on www.dhl.com.

If you need to cancel please notify us immediately (nasim.a.h.suleiman@eesti.ee) so that we can stop the order and fully refund your kindness.
